75 National Top Talent Scholarship Programme for Pakistani Students
The Government of Pakistan, on the aspicious occasion of celebrating Pakistan's 75th independence anniversary, has announced 75 national top talent scholarships, which include 40 Ph.D. and 35 MS Scholarships for Pakistani and Azad Kashmir Nationals.

Prime minister youth programme.
No of Scholarship are 75
- 40 scholarship for Ph.D
- 35 scholarships for MS
Eligibility criteria
- Students must be Pakistani or AJK nationals.
- Minimum educational qualification for MS scholarships is a BS, BE, Master’s, or equivalent of 16 years of education.
- For Ph.D. Scholarships: MS, M.Phil., ME, or equivalent 18 years of education.
- Maximum One 2nd Division throughout the academic career before the final degree.
- Must not be availing any other scholarship.
How to apply:
Students should submit online applications at https://eportal.hec.gov.pk
The application Processing Fee is Rs 700/-
Last date:
The closing date is 21 March 2023.
Age limit: 40 years.
Important Notes:
Scholarship will be given at first come first serve base
Candidate have to fulfill the requirements of the host university too.
